Believe it or not, knowing a little bit about Radio Free Europe can win you some serious money.
That was certainly the case on a recent episode of "Jeopardy!", where Radio Free Europe was the answer to this $2,000 question in the Double Jeopardy! round:
The question was answered correctly by Robin Quivers, a radio and television personality from The Howard Stern Show. The episode, which aired on November 19th, 2009, was the third game of Jeopardy!'s 2009-2010 Million Dollar Celebrity Invitational Tournament. Celebrity participants played to win money for the charitable cause of their choice.
Although Robin ended up finishing in 2nd place -- resulting in a $25,000 donation to the SEED School of Maryland -- she's a winner in our book.
