Eugenia Nazarets is the Bureau Chief for RFE/RL's Russian Service in Moscow since 2016. She joined RFE/RL in 2000 as a freelancer. Almost a year has passed since RFE/RL was declared a "foreign agent" under a Russian bill that was quickly passed through government in November 2017.
