Geo TV 'Allowed Back On Air' After Talks With Military
Two sources at Geo TV, Pakistan's largest television network, say the station has been allowed back on the air in some areas after talks with the military on demands that it make changes in political coverage, Reuters reports.

Blackout For Pakistani TV Channel Amid Tug-Of-War With Military
RFE/RL Central Newsroom journalist Frud Bezhan reports on Pakistan’s popular Geo TV, the latest to be punished for its tug-of-war with the military. Geo TV, part of Pakistan's largest commercial media group, Jang, was taken off the air in many parts of the country on April 1, with media watchdogs and journalists claiming foul play.
