The Digital Solution Analyst serves as a driving force in analyzing the organization and design of technical systems, models and processes. S/he is responsible for identifying and understanding business needs along with providing leadership in facilitating the definition, documentation and delivery of technical and functional solutions that solve them.


Provide leadership in definition, analysis, documentation and delivery of best-in-class digital solutions.

Liaison among teams within Pangea Digital – Product Managers, Developers, Designers, Quality Assurance, etc. -- to implement solutions.

Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional, UX/UI and technical requirements.

Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.

Recognize the relationships, dependencies and impacts of neighboring business functions – have an eye for detail, while taking a “big picture” approach.

Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms utilized.

Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.

Contribute to high quality User Stories and Backlog Grooming/Refinement sessions.

Participate in product developments (Sprint / Release Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Demos and Retrospectives or other methodologies).

Produce timely and high-quality requirements including technical specifications, process flows, and -- working with designers -- UX/UI mock-ups and wireframes.

Plan, facilitate and execute Proof of Concept Testing and User Acceptance Testing for projects and enhancements.

Coordinate tactical related business requests for IT Development enhancements.



Bachelor's degree.

Work Experience:

4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

6+ years of overall IT experience with significant involvement in software development.


A creative thinker who can provide alternatives to existing or proposed solutions.

Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.

Expertise in modeling/mapping business processes – both as-is and to-be.Significant experience with both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.

Experienced in test planning, test case development and execution.

A proactive, dynamic outlook and have the desire to make a difference, coupled with strong business knowledge.

Ability to effectively interface with all levels of business and IT.

Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.

Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.

Proven critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

High energy, adaptive team player with a good work ethic.

Experience with Atlassian/Jira/Confluence, Azure a plus.


English mandatory, Czech is a plus.

Salary scales for locally recruited employees are based on the best prevailing local conditions. RFE/RL does, however, cover the costs of interview travel and, upon appointment, some relocation costs.
