This is a locally recruited full-time position on a one-year assignment initially, with the possibility of extension for an open-ended contract after one year. The opportunity is only open to applicants with the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.

Reporting to the IT Bureau Manager, the Bureau IT Coordinator coordinates IT activities in bureaus. He/she performs a variety of tasks associated with maintenance of the bureau IT technology, including its installation. He/she focuses on bureau improvements, modernization, standardization. He/she helps maintain accurate and complete bureau ITAM database, regularly prepares reports and charts to replace HW more strategically in defined cycles. He/she updates contracts and communicates with technology companies, coordinates new hires and other day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Works closely with bureaus to promote standard workflows and IT systems.
Keeps track of projects and requests from bureaus.
Install and set up bureau HW from generic image if needed.
Resolves basic HW, SW issues in bureaus if needed.
Creates Peoplesoft transfers and loan forms.
Prepares reports and charts.
Bachelor’s Degree from Information technology or related field
Particularly good end-user knowledge of MS Office applications. (Mandatory)
PRINCE2, ITIL or COBIT certification is an advantage
Experience with ticketing system
Experience with HW, SW
Previous experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS is plus
Experience with HRMS, FMS, SCM (Peoplesoft) is plus
Team player with ability to work independently
Ability to quickly anticipate, trouble-shoot and resolve problems.
Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
Willingness to occasionally travel to bureaus in RFE/RLs broadcast region.
Russian (Desirable but not required)
